Wallen "Wally" Arbetter, age 79, of Northbrook and Lake Worth, FL, former Executive with Sprint Electrical Services, loving husband and best friend of Trudy Cooper Arbetter, nee Levenstam and the late Sandra Arbetter, nee Rosenberg; amazing and devoted father of Ellen (Mark) Mielock, Cindy (Peter) Ostebo and Elisa (Mark) Sewell; treasured stepfather of Dorinne (Alan) Palmer, Robyn (Adam) Berman and Sherman (Glenda) Gomberg; adored grandpa of Jake, Sierra, Heather, Melissa, Emily, Sara, Samantha, Evan, Marissa (Rich), Brandon, Josh, Amanda, Alex, Rebecca, Matthew and Garrett; proud great grandfather of Wyatt; cherished brother of Marlene Mitchel and Gene (Martha Howard) Arbetter; dear son of the late Abel and Fritzie Arbetter. Wally is survived by many relatives and friends that he held very dear and loved so much. He will be deeply missed and will remain in our hearts forever. Service Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 blk N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
