Lillian Teplinsky, Age 87. Best friend and beloved wife of 54 years of the late Marvin Teplinsky. Loving mother of Steven (Susan) Teplinsky, Kerry (Sandra) Teplinsky and Howard (Katy) Teplinsky. Cherished Nana of Sara (Corey) Goldberg, David (Stacey) Teplinsky, Joshua Teplinsky, Matt Teplinsky, Shana Teplinsky, A.J. Teplinsky and Tasha Teplinsky. Proud great-grandmother of Jake Teplinsky and Maya Goldberg. Cherished sister “Libby” of Irving (Cookie) Nadler and the late Sol (Anne) Nadler, the late Eugene (the late Anne) Nadler, and the late Mildred (the late Hyman) Bernstein. Devoted sister-in-law of Eleanor and Lew Bernstein. Adored Aunt to her many nieces and nephews and devoted and loyal friend to countless others. Raising her family in Skokie, Lil was a fixture at every Little League game and other sporting event her sons ever played in, later carrying on the tradition with her grandchildren. Lil worked for over thirty years as an executive assistant with Sears Roebuck and Company, taking enormous pride in her career while teaching her sons the value of hard work, loyalty and dedication. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 11 AM at Temple Chai, 1670 Checker Road, Long Grove (1 blk W. of Arlington Heights Rd.). Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
