William Neiman, beloved husband of Phyllis; loving father of Leslee (Aaron) Cowen and Laura (Adam) Rifkin; adoring grandfather of Joshua Lewis Cowen and Amy Neiman Rifkin; devoted son of the late Louis and the late Gladys Neiman; brother of the late Seymour (late Charlotte) Neiman and the late Lila (late Calvin) Glustoff. Bill served as past president of Anshe Emet Synagogue, supporter of the Art Institute of Chicago, Lyric Opera of Chicago and Chicago Symphony. Service Thursday, 10:30 a.m. at Anshe Emet Synagogue, 3751 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL 60613. Interment Zion Gardens Cemetery (formerly Rosemont Park), Chicago.
