David Lee Dordick, age 83, beloved husband and best friend for 61 years of Maryann, nee Scheindel; loving father of Jeffrey (Victoria) Dordick, Sheri (Alan) Jolcover and Barry (Beth) Dordick; adored grandpa of Jason (Kathy), Jennifer (Jacob), Alexandra, Joshua, Claire, Corey, Jacqueline (James) and Marissa; proud great grandfather of Kaitlyn, Meghan, Makenzie, Evan, Sadie and Avery; cherished brother of the late Mildred Dordick Vieira; dear brother-in-law of the late Joseph (Anita) Scheindel; treasured uncle, great uncle and friend to many. Founder of Midwest Finishing Corp. David was an active member and activity organizer for the MEL Group and a member of the Sunbirds Flying Club. Service Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 Blk N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Interment Westlawn Cemetery.
