Condolences

Condolence From: Edward Karikomi
Condolence: Has it only been a year? I still haven’t been able to come to terms with the loss. I can’t imagine how you, his family, are dealing with it. I keep wanting to call him, take him out for a pastrami sandwich or just drop in on him at home but no one is there. It’s empty, like the space in my heart. Shel was more than just a friend and colleague. He was like a wiser, nicer, older brother. They don’t make replacements for people like that so my heart and, my life remain broken and empty. I hope you are all learning to heal, better than I am, and celebrate Shel’s life in a positive way. I am honored and blessed to have known Shel. He was truly a blessing in my life and I will continue to miss him. May care and love of those around you provide comfort and peace to get you through this unwanted anniversary.
