Dave, you were a cherished colleague when we were at Rush, and a dear friend. One special memory that speaks to your warm heart and loving soul: when our beloved spaniel-mix dog died, you had flowers delivered to our porch the next day, so when we came home to an empty house that first time, we'd have something to comfort us. You even made sure they were approximately the same golden-vanilla color! - Laurel Beckett and Dan Tancredi

Dave, thank you for always being there for me. You always stuck up for me when I was a little girl and getting bullied. You always made a point to remind me that I was strong and reminded me to love myself no matter what others said. Thank you for that. Love you.
