David Jay Sherman, age 61, of Deerfield, beloved husband and best friend for 37 years of Sue Sherman, nee Leeds; loving father of Melissa (Rachel) Blitz and Rachel Sherman; devoted son of Barbara “Bobbie” and the late Charles Sherman; cherished brother of Debi (Mitch) Fogel and Susan (Michael) Eisen; dear brother-in-law of Gil Leeds and Larry (late Marcie) Leeds; special son-in-law of the late Sydney and the late Evelyn Leeds; treasured uncle of Nicole, Carli, Rebecca, Jason, Natalie, Spencer (Tiana), and Mollie.
