Eileen Janet Friedman, née Lamm, age 90, of Highland Park, IL; beloved wife for 55 years of the late Murray Friedman; loving companion of the late Phillip Van Syckle;cherished mother of Vicki (Michael) Zweig, Doree (Alan) Kalfen, and the late Kenneth (Susan Alpern) Friedman; treasured grandmother of Alex Zweig, Matthew (Karely) Zweig, Sari Zweig, Marnie (Andrew) Rudick, Steven (Alli) Kalfen, Starr (Danny) Eads, Zachary (Ashleigh) Friedman, and Tyler Friedman; wonderful great grandmother of Jett Zweig, Madelyn and Jaxson Rudick, and Quinn Kalfen; dear sister of Gladys (late Sidney) Siegel, Randy (late Melvin) Berlin, and the late Eleanor Schuman, and the late Arnold (late Elaine) Lamm; special and adored aunt, great aunt and friend to all who knew her.
