Ethel P. Bodenstein, nee Goldberg, age 97, of Buffalo Grove, formerly of Skokie; beloved wife for 50 years of the late Sam Bodenstein; loving mother of Randee (late Jeff) Broder, Andee Bodenstein, Sandra (David) Portman, and Kandee (Isaac) Kolpak; adored Nanee of Abby (Adam), Scott (Ashley), Jamie (David), Adam, Jill, Ashley (Kevin), Carly (Zack), and Justin; proud great grandmother of Ryan, Dylan, Tyler, Sloane, Lincoln, Paige, and Blake; devoted daughter of the late Carl and the late Belle Goldberg; cherished sister of Bernard (late Teddy) Goldberg and the late Elmer (late Shirley) Goldberg; treasured aunt and friend to many. Ethel was the matriarch of her family. Her family was the center of her universe. She will be dearly missed by all. Service Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. CT at The Chapel, 195 N.
