Speizman, nee Zeinfeld, age 80, of Lincolnwood, beloved wife of the late Herbert Speizman; loving mother of Jeffrey (Marylin) Speizman and Gary (fiancée June Oliva) Speizman; adored grandmother of Brent, Sarah, Max, and Tani; devoted daughter of the late Morris and the late Beatrice Zeinfeld; cherished sister of Les Zeinfeld, Linda (Robert) Pugh, and the late Carol Zeinfeld; dear sister-in-law of Judith (Bill) Farley; treasured aunt and friend to many.
