Ronald Lee “Ronnie” Solomon, age 82, he was a pioneer and on the cutting edge of the fresh produce industry, as the owner of Irv Solomon & Son Quality Wholesale Produce. The company is now under the direction of his son, Mark, who stated, “his Dad was the best boss a son could ever work for.” Ronnie was the beloved husband for 47 wonderful years of the late Margo Solomon, nee Swerdlow; dedicated and loving father and mentor of Mara and Jon Sabath and Mark and Kim Solomon; most adored Papa of Ilissa (Justin) Sylvan, Stephanie Sabath, Ilana and Evan Solomon; proud “Papa Cook” of Cole and Luke Sylvan; devoted son of the late Irving “Izzy” and the late Eleanor Solomon.
