To Joe's loved ones,
I work at a local police department, midnight shift. Joe was one of the many repo men I'd see on a regular basis. Of all of the repo men, Joe was my favorite. He was polite, he followed our rules and procedures, he was respectful, clean, and pleasant. He totally understood and didn't take it personally when I was stressed and cranky.
It's sad to think I will no longer pick up the phone to hear "Hi, it's Joe from Equitable, just letting you know I got the Chevy (or Ford or whatever car)."
Please accept my condolences on your loss.
